What we collect

When you submit the callback form, we collect the name, email address and phone number you type, plus which crutch you selected and whether you opted in to text messages. That is the whole form.

We also record how you reached us: the page you landed on, the referring site, your general location (country and region, derived from your IP address, never a precise location), and any advertising click identifiers or campaign tags in the link you followed. This is how we tell which ads are worth running.

We do not collect health information, VA claim details, service records, or any government identifier, and we ask you not to send them.

Why we collect it

To call you back about crutches and VA coverage, which is the thing you asked us to do, and to measure our advertising. That is all. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with data brokers or list buyers.

Your details are stored in a database we operate ourselves, hosted with Supabase in the United States. They are visible to Millennial Medical staff who handle enquiries, and may be shared with a partner acting on our behalf to make that contact. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with data brokers or list buyers.

Consent to be contacted

There are two separate permissions on the form, and they are not the same thing.

Calls and email. The required box means you agree that we, or a partner acting on our behalf, may call or email you about crutches and VA coverage. You asked us to call you back, so this is the permission that makes that possible. Stop it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by telling us on the phone.

Text messages. Separate, optional, and off unless you tick it. Consent to texts is never a condition of buying anything, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them and HELP for help. We record the exact wording you were shown when you opted in, so there is a clear record of what you agreed to. We never treat a phone number on its own as permission to text you.

Cookies and advertising

We use analytics and advertising cookies to see which campaigns bring people here and which pages do their job. If a banner appeared when you arrived, choosing Decline stops those tags loading. You can also clear this site's storage in your browser at any time.

Your choices

Email customerservice@millennialmedical.com and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will do it. If you are in a state with a specific privacy statute, those rights apply to you here regardless of what this page says.

Opting out is per channel and applies across every site we run, not just this one: stopping emails does not cancel a text opt-in, and replying STOP to a text does not stop emails. Ask us for both if that is what you want.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious, not buried.
