Weight rides through the forearm cuff and grip, so your hands stay free to open a door or carry a bag. The standard choice for long-term or permanent use.

Also called a axillary crutch
The familiar underarm shape, with an articulating spring post that absorbs the shock of each step instead of sending it up your arm.

How it works
The post compresses as your weight lands and returns that energy as you push off, rather than transmitting the impact straight up the frame.
The tip pivots to stay in full contact with the ground when the crutch is planted at an angle, which is most of the time in real use.
Aluminium frame, folds for a car boot, an overhead bin, or under a desk.
Cradle height and grip height adjust independently, so the fit follows your body rather than the nearest preset.
